Fémker-97 Bt is a dynamically evolving Hungarian family business. We have more than 40 years of professional experience in chipping. The business was established by István Czinki in 1983, and we changed to a limited partnership in 1997, and we have been operating in this company form since then.

Our main profiles are the manufacturing of precision casting machine components in small-, medium- and large series, also manufacturing of unique components, and assembly of finished components. We place heavy emphasis on the expectations and requirements of our clients, and as such, the most important aspect of our company is complying with high quality work and punctual deadlines. The last 40 years have proven to us that reaching exceptional results and trust in this branch of industry is possible as a family business by providing an honest business with a constantly expanding clientele. Thanks to this, our business is not only well-known in Hungary, but also in Europe.

Our company's professional experience in milling, as well as in turning, dates back to 1983. We have been using CNC milling technology since 2002.

Our company has more than 35 years of experience in cutting and milling. We have been using CNC technology for 13 years, and we continuously develop this both in regards to machinery and knowledge. We are ready to support our customers with highly qualified experts and machine pool, and precise, quality work.

Our company places great emphasis on producing quality products, which is why we operate an air-conditioned measuring laboratory for the complete inspection of the components we manufacture. Highly qualified specialists inspect the components, from adjustment to final inspection.

Responsibilities

CNC Machine Operator / Setter

Setting up machining tools and cutting tools
Measuring manufactured parts
Performing tool corrections independently based on measured parts
Monitoring the condition of tools
Maintaining production work orders

Raw Material Cutting / Finished Product Packaging

Supervising raw material cutting
Inspecting machine cutting
Moving raw materials
Packing parts into cardboard boxes
Moving pallets with a manual pallet jack
Laser engraving parts
Documenting packages

Requirements

CNC Machine Operator / Setter

Intermediate-level mechanical engineering qualification (machining technician, CNC technical school)
Machining experience on machining centers and/or turning centers (minimum 2 years)
Knowledge of CNC programming languages (Fanuc, Heidenhain)
Basic computer skills
Precise and independent work style

Raw Material Cutting / Finished Product Packaging

Reliability and precision
Physical endurance
Fast work execution
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
