Fémker-97 Bt. was founded in 1983 by István Czinki, who dedicated his life to the craft of turning and milling, laying the foundation for the company’s professional commitment and reputation. In 1993, his younger son, Gábor Czinki, joined the business and has since played a key role in the company’s management, while his brother, Szabolcs Czinki, supports the operations with his expertise in sales.
In 2002, the company reached a significant milestone with the purchase of its first CNC lathe, marking the start of its modernization. Today, the company operates 10 CNC lathes and 3 CNC machining centers, ensuring the highest standards of precision manufacturing. The 22-strong team of experts works daily to provide the highest quality and reliability for its partners.
Our company specializes in the production of small, medium, and large series components, fully satisfying customer needs. We primarily work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and plastics, and guarantee that every product meets the exact expectations of our clients. Our modern machinery allows for the precise and efficient manufacturing of even the most complex parts. With the help of our measurement laboratory and quality inspectors, the defect rate is only 0.2%, ensuring outstanding reliability and consistently high product quality.
Fémker-97 Bt. places great emphasis not only on economic and technological development but also on environmental consciousness. We consider sustainability a core value, which is why we use solar panels and collectors at our site to reduce our energy consumption and support our eco-friendly operations. In addition, we use a geothermal heat pump for cooling and heating, which is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. These measures enable us to effectively reduce our ecological footprint while continuing to offer high-quality and cost-effective solutions to our partners.
