FÉMKER-'97. Bt. won non-refundable 59,98 HUF in the "Depot development and industry installment for local cohesion" tender of the New Széchenyi Plan. The business had a production hall built in the Industrial Park in Nagykanizsa to increase their production capacity.
Fémker-'97 Industrial, Trade- and Provider Ltd. Was established in 1997 and is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business. Main profile of the company is metal processing, they manufacture metal components with CNC technology on their depot in Nagykanizsa.
With the help of EU support investment, a two-story 1055m2 hall was built on the area of the Industrial Park in Nagykanizsa. Offices, social blocks and pre-processing rooms were created on the top floor, and the bottom one features an almost 700 m2 manufacturing room, social blocks, a diner and some rooms required for production, such as the Meo room and the product assembly rooms.
With the investment, the business significantly increases both their manufacturing and storage capacities. The new hall fits in our production volume, and also for the sake of low upkeep costs, technologies using renewable energy were also built. The cooling and heating system of the building is provided by heat-pump technology.
The investment contributes to the improving results of the business and the employment and economic performance of the region.
The realization of this investment creates new workplace for 5 people.
